| 摘 要： | 胜任力理论已成为西方发达国家尤其是美国许多经济管理学科的研究热点。我国目前相关研究多集中于企业管理者胜任力模型,对于旅游人才胜任力方面的研究并不多见。本文在分析旅游人才素质的基础上构建其胜任力模型,并对旅游人才胜任力模型的应用作进一步探讨。
