1992-2005年广东省区域经济增长与差距的变化分析

本文采用基于新古典模型导出的增长方程,利用广东省21个城市1992-2005年的面板数据进行分析.本文发现:(1)广东区域经济的差距集中体现在珠三角地区与其他地区的差距,珠三角的经济远远领先于东西两翼和山区;(2)广东经济增长存在经济收敛性,广东区域经济差距扩大的速度总体趋势是有所减缓;(3)地理位置、教育水平、固定资产投资率、城市化水平等是影响经济增长的重要因素.基于这些因素对地区差距的不同作用的分析,本文提出了广东省区域经济协调发展的相关建议.

Change of Regional Disparity in Guangdong Province

Using the panel data from a sample of 21 cities in Guangdong Province from 1992 to 2005,this paper employs the growth equation derived from neoclassical growth model to analyze the phenomena of regional disparity in Guangdong Province.The results indicate that the gap between the Pearl River Delta(PRD)region and other regions reflects the regional disparity in Guangdong Province,and the development in the eastern,western,and mountainous areas are far behind that in the PRD.Furthermore,during the period of 1992-2005,the economic growth in Guangdong is convergent with the broadening pace of economic gap slowing down.Finally geographical location,educational level,fixed assets investment,and urbanization are the most important factors that have significant impact on the economic growth.
