一类智猪博弈公理系统与知识型员工激励问题研究

基于一类智猪博弈公理化系统研究企业中普遍存在的搭便车现象。首先对企业运作效率不高的原因进行分析,继而建立知识型员工的博弈模型,通过改变参数使得该博弈的均衡解转移,最后依据模型分析结果提出提高企业运作效率的方案。为企业中知识型员工的管理提供科学的、定量化的决策依据。

One Axiom System for Boxed Pigs and a Study for Knowledge-based Employee Incentive

This paper studied the pheuomenon of the “free-rider”prevalent in the enterprise based on the axiom system for Boxed Pigs.Flatly analysis the reason that the enterprise operational efficiency is not high, and then set up the game model of knowledge workers,by changing the parameters so that the game equilibrium transfer.Finally,according to the model analysis results to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises.To provide for the management of knowledge workers in the enterprise scientific and quantitative basis for decision making.
