| 摘 要： | 企业要生存发展,必须从战略的高度进行有效的危机管理。目前,我国企业危机管理不理想的主要原因是危机管理各环节中处处以效率思维为核心。对光明乳业的案例分析表明,在危机管理中应避免效率思维定势,区分危机性质,对症下药。

| Abstract: | Enterprises must have sound crisis management program to survive.Nowadays,enterprises can not bring into play efficiency-priority-thought when dealing with crisis.The illustration of the case of Guangming Milk shows that in crisis management,we should avoid efficiency-priority-thought,distinguish the nature of crisis and suit the remedy to the case. |
