| 摘 要： | XBRL（可扩展商业报告语言）是目前应用于财务报表信息处理的最新技术，具有明显的优势。XBRL不需要对企业原有信息系统进行重构，而能充分利用原有资源，通过转模形成XBRL文档。结合XBRL在国际和国内的发展情况，我国在实现XBRL应用方面应构建XBRL分类系统，注重发展软件技术。还应加大对XBRL财务报告的宣传和推广。
