| Abstract: | The author concludes that the principle of standardization is one of the most divergent and controversial research problems in the academic circles of standardization at home and abroad.In the paper,a new set of standardization principles has been proposed by means of analyzing and studying the essence as well as the mechanism of standardization,through which many theoretical and practical problems may be well resolved. |
