| 摘 要： | 近年来,导游薪酬体系在国内学术界引起了广泛关注。通过导游薪酬体系研究的相关文献检索,对我国导游薪酬体系研究的发展态势和国外借鉴情况、我国导游薪酬体系的构成要素和存在的问题研究、我国导游薪酬体系的改革创新研究等三方面进行了梳理与归纳,在此基础上总结评述我国导游薪酬体系研究需要进一步重视的问题和研究方向。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the tour guide salary system research has caused wide public concern in domestic academe.Basing on analyzing a number of documents,this article systematically introduces the development tendency and the foreign case studies,the components and the problems,and the reform and innovation of the tour guide salary system in China.Finally,it summarizes the further research direction of tour guide salary system in China. |
