| 摘 要： | 构建虚拟物流联盟是我国中小物流企业的制胜之道。采取动态联盟的方式建立虚拟物流联盟可以形成规模经济.速度经济和网络高效性。通过需求分析、联盟成员选择、方案设计实施、动态管理四个步骤建立虚拟物流联盟。

| Abstract: | Virtual logistics alliance is the future development direction of the small-to-medium-scaled logistics enter- prise in our country.Adopting the mea- sure of dynamic state alliance can form the economics of scale,economics of speed and achieve the maximization of the so- cial efficiency.And this paper gives a measure to establishing virtual logistics, which including four steps:analyzing demand,choosing member of the virtual logistics alliance,designing and complet- ing scheme,dynamic management. |
