从农业保险发展看我国农村经济

在构建社会主义新农村的建设中,如何更好解决"农业、农民、农村"的问题,日益成为社会关注的焦点。本文以促进我国农村经济发展为目的,从农业保险的构建和完善入手,通过对我国农业保险现状、农业保险存在的问题的分析,找出农业保险发展中难点并提出解决方案,力求通过完善农业保险的发展、构建全方位、新时代农业风险防范体系,以达到促进农村经济发展的目的。

In the construction of new socialism countryside development,the problem about "agriculture,farmer,countryside" becomes the focal point which the society pays attention day by day.This article takes our country rural economy development as a goal.Through analyze our country agricultural insurance and the problems about it to find out the difficulty in agricultural insurance and resolve it.Endeavour through the consummation of agricultural insurance development,to construct omni-directionally and the new times agriculture risk guard system and achieve the goal about promotes the rural economy development.
