| 摘 要： | 着眼装备管理规范化深化发展的实际需要，从有序性概念出发，明确指出有序性是系统有秩序性地实现自身功能的性质；进而理清了管理规范化与系统有序性的相互关系．指出管理规范化是对有序性的合理拆解；在此基础上，围绕系统潜在最大功能的实现揭示了管理规范化的效用机理。 |
