| Abstract: | Knowledge absorptive capacity has an important significance for the service agent enterprises to develop the competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development. From the perspective of organizational level, the knowledge absorptive capacity of service agent enterprises is made up of three parts, including knowledge absorption capacity of the individuals, knowledge absorption capacity of teams and knowledge absorption capacity of enterprises. |
