A Study on the Connotation and the Countermeasures of the Morality Building for University Teachers in the New Situation

When were building a well -off society and a harmonious society today, the morality building for teachers has integrated into the new connotation of the core values of the socialism. The four core values of socialism are the guide and the important aspect of the morality building for teachers. In order to enhance the morality building for teachers, we must build moral standards for teachers which should be in line with the actual situation in the university, build the management by objectives system for morality building, develop systems to evaluate moral standards of teachers and pay great attention to developing the ability of ethics - building by oneself.
