气相色谱-串联质谱法测定油类婴幼儿护理产品中的多环芳烃

摘    要:建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定油类婴幼儿护理产品中18种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。样品首先经过环己烷溶解、二甲亚砜萃取、环己烷反萃取、亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌沉淀处理后,再用气相色谱-串联质谱进行定性及内标法定量分析。结果表明,18种多环芳烃在5μg/L~100μg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,R2在0.9934~0.9992范围内,平均回收率在73.3%~125%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.55%~8.58%(n=6)。将本方法应用到实际的婴幼儿润肤油、橄榄油、抚触油产品检测中,结果显示能够实现PAHs的简单、快速、准确检测。

Determination of PAHs in Baby Care Oil Products by GC-MS/MS

Abstract:A method was established to determine 18 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) in baby care oil products by liquid-liquid extraction and back extraction with GC-MS/MS. After being dissolved in cyclohexane, extracted with dimethyl sulfoxide(cyclohexane-saturated) and then back extracted by cyclohexane and purified by potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate, the samples were qualified by GC-MS/MS and quantified by internal standard method. This method had a good linearity in the range of 5μg/L ~ 100μg/L with coefficient of determination(R2) within the range from 0.9934 to 0.9992.The average spiked recoveries of the method ranged from 73.3% to 125% and the relative standard deviations(RSD) varied from 0.55% to 8.58%(n=6). This method was applied to the detection of infant emollient oil, olive oil, and touch oil products, and the result showed that it was a simple, fast and accurate method.
