| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度是新时期农村卫生工作的重要内容,是实践"构建社会主义和谐社会"重要思想的具体体现,对于提高农民健康水平,促进农村经济发展,维护社会稳定具有重大意义。新型农村合作医疗工作能否巩固与发展,很大程度上取决于筹资的稳定性和连续性,而持续稳定的资金来源又取决于农民的参合率,所以农民的参合率将最终决定新型农村合作医疗能否健康、持续的发展。

| Abstract: | The new rural cooperative medical system is an important content of rural health work in the new age,is concrete thinking embodiment of constructing socialist harmonious society.It is very significant to increase farmers' health,promote rural economic devel-opment,and maintain social stability.Whether the new rural cooperative medical work can consolidate and develop or not depends on the stability and continuity of financing,while the continuous and stable fund source relies on farmers' attending rate.Hence,farmers' attending rate will determine the healthy and sustained development of new rural cooperative medical work finally. |
