| 摘 要： | 对外投资企业除了面临一般的商业风险外，还存在大量难以预料的非商业风险，包括局部战争风险、政策变动、文化风险、意识形态风险等。中国企业必须重视对投资项目的风险评估，构建对外投资风险预警系统，积极实施“本土化”的经营战略，完善对外投资保险制度，努力降低风险事件发生的概率，将风险造成的损失减少到最低程度。

| Abstract: | Foreign investment enterprises have to face general business risks,as well as a large number of non-commercial risk,including local war risk,policy changes,cultural rik and ideological risk etc.Chinese enterprises must pay attention to the evaluation of investment project risk,construct the early-warning system,actively implementing the localization strategy,perfect foreign investment insurance system,to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and the loss risk to the minimum degree. |
