| 摘 要： | 中部地区新农村建设存在着主体缺失、经济、思想和认识等特殊困境,所以特殊的区情决定了中部新农村建设道路要有新思路。为此,中部新农村建设要新在“三农”现代化激活和提升农业生产力上;中部新农村建设要新在工业化与城镇化促进农村经济发展上。
