| 摘 要： | 民族区域自治理论是中国共产党民族理论和政策中的重要的一部分。本文从民族区域自治的内容、地位、特点方面概说要点;从民族自治地方、自治机关、自治权关系论述了民族区域自治理论的逻辑构架;从民族区域自治的组织形式、实现形式、法制形式方面提出了创新思路。

| Abstract: | The theory of Regional Autonomy of Minority Ethnic People is an important part of the national theory and policy of Chinese Communist Party. In this paper, thes first summarize the main points from the content, the position and features of it. Then they discuss the logical frame of it from the relationship of the national autonomous region, the autonomous office and the autonomous rights. At last, they put forward creative ideas from the aspects of the organizational, practical and legal patterns. |
