| 摘 要： | 自然垄断理论经历了相当长时间的演变。综述自然垄断理论演变的基础上，通过对规模经济和范围经济的分析得出成本弱增性是形成自然垄断的充要条件；并分成本递减和成本递增两种情况探讨了自然垄断的3种定价模型；从资源配置和社会经济福利角度考虑并结合实际，得出平均成本定价是最具操作性的定价模型。

| Abstract: | The theory of Natural Monopoly has undergone a long period of development This paper summarizes the theory development of Natural Monopoly By analyzing the scale economy and the scope economy we conclude that cost Subadditivity is the full and essential condition of Natural Monopoly The paper approaches the three pricing models in the two cases of increasing cost and decreasing cost Thinking from the resources allocation and social economic welfare and proceeding from actual conditions, we conclude that the average cost pricing is the best model |
