| 摘 要： | 世界环境的污染和破坏,已逼迫人类走向可持续发展。日本、德国、美国、瑞典等发达国家把发展循环经济、建立循环型社会看作是实施可持续发展战略的重要途径,并以配套的法律制度作为支撑。发达国家的经验对我国发展循环经济、实现循环经济立法具有重要的借鉴意义。

The developed countries, such as Japan, Germany, the U.S., and Sweden, make laws to develop circular economy and establish circular society to execute sustainable development. Their experiences are very helpful for China to develop circular economy and make circular economic laws. |
