测土配方施肥技术推广中农户行为实证研究

2005年实施新的测土配方施肥政策以来,为了研究该政策在农户中的实施情况,文章利用调查的农户数据对农民采用测土配方施肥技术的原因、采用效果的评价、影响农民采用的因素进行了研究。研究表明农户采用测土配方施肥技术的主要原因是为了增加产量,采用该技术的农户基本实现了产量的增加并且对技术的评价较好;影响农户对技术采用与否的关键因素是施肥建议卡的发放情况、配方肥的价格以及农户自身受教育水平。据此提出政府的推广部门要确保施肥建议卡入户、对配方肥进行补贴和在农户内部建立种植示范户制度等建议。

Farmer's Behavior in Testing Soil for Formulated Fertilization Extension

Using the survey data from Jangsu province and Jilin province,this article analyzes the reasons of the farmer＇s behavior of adopting the testing soil for formulated fertilization or not and the factors of influcing the farmer＇s adopting decision.It comes to a conclusion that the main reason of adopting the testing soil for formulated fertilization is the farmer＇s purpose of increasing the yield of crops and the key factors that influce the farmer＇s adopting decision are whether the farmer have the advise card of using fertilizer,the price of fertilizer and the education level of the farmer.Some advise to give to the government is to make suer the farmer have the advise card,to give the farmer subsidy and set some good examples of using this technology.
