传统民居进行旅游开发的理性思考

在经济日益发展的今天,一些能反映中国历史文化的传统民居正遭受各种破坏,目前国内对传统民居保护的研究主要停留在技术层面,对民居保护所需要的经济支持没有实质性意义。文章主要对传统民居旅游开发进行分析,希望通过发挥传统民居的旅游经济价值,理性开发传统民居,为实现旅游开发和民居保护的良性循环提供理论依据和经济支持。

A RATIONAL THINKING ABOUT THE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT OF FOLK BUILDINGS

With the rapid development of modern economics, some folk buildings which somewhat embody Chinese history and culture are suffering from all kinds of destroys. Up till now, some technical measures have been taken to protect these folk buildings, which hardly did any substantial good to the financial support urgently needed for these buildings. This paper mainly analyses on the tourism development of folk buildings for the purpose that they should be protected and developed as well on the basis of their economic values. Thus the paper tries to provide the theoretical and economic supports for the smooth relationship between protecting and developing of folk buildings.
