论电力“大营销”对策

摘    要:随着我国电力企业改革的不断深化,打破行业垄断,引入竞争机制,实行电力市场商业化运营机制,是我国电力工业发展的必然趋势。城市电网建设的迅猛发展,电力用户对供电企业提供的电能质量、服务质量和工作效率提出了更高的要求。应根据电力市场的需求状况制定出相应的营销对策,树立现代电力“大营销”概念,建立现代电力“大营销”系统,设立电力“大营销”系统的中枢——呼叫中心。

Abstract:as our country electric power enterprise reform's unceasing deepen,breaking profession monopoly,introducing competitive system,implementing the commercialization operation mechanism of electric power market,is inevitable trend of our country electric power industry development,the electrical network construction of the city swiftly and violently develop,the electric power user set a higher request to electric enterprise provides electrical energy quality,the grade of service and the wording efficiency,should formulate the corresponding marketing countermeasure according to the market demand condition of electric power,setting up the concept of modern electric power "the big marketing ",establish the modern electric power 's system of "the big marketing ",set up the main center of electric power "the big marketing" system-call center.
