| Abstract: | There exists a psychological and ideological nature of labor protection, which is active in the social labour relations. Labour relations remain stable when correct and reasonable ideas are held for labour protection, and vice versa. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to reinforce the labour protection relations in Chin a's enterprises. |
