| Abstract: | Facing current development trends of social diversity,and the dilemma for community development as the consequence of re-adjustment of governmental roles,Toronto has promoted innovative researches on a new paradigm of alternative social planning,on the base of reviewing the limitations of traditional approaches.This paper provides new sights and revelations for the development of social planning in the field of urban planning in today's China. |
