| 摘 要： | 近年来,区域经济问题迅速升温。作为黑龙江省的重要城市哈尔滨,大庆和齐齐哈尔具有发展工业优势,应充分利用这三个城市的资源发展哈大齐工业走廊,具有重要的战略意义。成立经济区域合作组织,效仿“长三角”发展模式,建立集中配套的生产体系,重视民营企业在经济中的作用,完善法律及科技制度体系,坚持环保与发展齐头并进。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the region economical problem rapid elevate.So as the the important citises in Heilongjiang Province——Harbin,Daqing and Qiqihaer has the development industry superiority.The stree cities should fully use these resources to develop its industry corridor.They should establish economical region cooperative organization,imitates the development pattern of"long triangle",construct centralism necessary production system,pay attention on the the economical function in privately operated enterprise,perfect legal and the technical system,persists the environmental protection and the development advances in unison. |
