德兴市餐饮业油烟污染现状及其净化对策的研究

餐饮业的油烟污染和噪声污染已成为城市的一大公害，普遍存在选址不当，设施简陋，缺乏I必要的污染防治设施等问题。严格控制新污染源的产生是加强餐饮业环境管理的关键，规划和建设部门应在城市开发建设过程中，制定一个餐饮、娱乐等服务性配套设施的指导性规划，环保应与工商、公安、城管等部门建立协调机制，相互通报餐饮业管理方面的信息，实施联合监管，多种形式加强对餐饮业环境污染的监管。
