德兴市餐饮业油烟污染现状及其净化对策的研究

摘    要:餐饮业的油烟污染和噪声污染已成为城市的一大公害,普遍存在选址不当,设施简陋,缺乏I必要的污染防治设施等问题。严格控制新污染源的产生是加强餐饮业环境管理的关键,规划和建设部门应在城市开发建设过程中,制定一个餐饮、娱乐等服务性配套设施的指导性规划,环保应与工商、公安、城管等部门建立协调机制,相互通报餐饮业管理方面的信息,实施联合监管,多种形式加强对餐饮业环境污染的监管。

Abstract:Catering industry fume pollution and noise pollution in city has become a big social effects of pollution, widespread inappropriate siting poor infrastructure,lack of necessary pollution control facilities and other issues. Strictly control new pollution sources is the key to strengthen environmental management of restaurant, planning and construction departments should be the city development and construction process,to develop a catering, entertainment and other service facilities planning, environmental protection and industry and commerce, public security, urban management and other departments to establish coordination mechanism to notify each other of catering management information, the implementation of joint regulation, various forms of catering industry environmental pollution regulation.
