浅析经管类专业项目教学模式的工作流程

随着市场经济的发展,社会对经管类专业人才提出了新的要求,经济管理类本科专业课程教学内容和教学方法也在不断改革,以构建新的课程体系,适应人才市场需求。但目前的经管类专业教学模式仍存在很多问题,培养的学生与社会需要存在一定的脱节。文中研究以项目为导向的经管类专业教学模式,通过组织学生真实地参加项目设计、履行和管理的全过程,在教与学互动中完成教学任务,实现从以教师为中心转变为以学生为中心,以课本为中心转变为以项目为中心,以课堂为中心转变为以实际经验为中心,达到教、学、用的有机结合。将项目教学法引入经管类专业教学过程中,既能发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,又能充分体现经管类专业能力为本价值取向,从而促进经管类专业教学质量的提高,增强学生实践能力。
