| 摘 要： | 在应对全球气候变化的过程中,低碳城市建设可能起到至关重要的作用。近年来国内外涌现出众多低碳城市建设案例,其中的先进经验亟待剖析和总结。基于对国内外低碳城市建设案例的梳理和概述,针对其发展模式、实践要点、空间发展策略以及相关保障措施等多个维度对中外低碳城市建设案例进行横向比较研究,最后总结出国内外案例城市在以上几个方面的异同并对国内低碳城市建设未来发展方向进行展望。
