| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了发达国家跨国银行经营策略的六大新变化,提出对我国银行业的借鉴与启示,即应制定明确的发展战略和经营策略;注重金融创新发展;建立健全的风险管理体系与监管;加强技术支持力度,使我国银行业更加合理均衡地融入金融全球化中,提高我国银行业的国际竞争力。
