利用模块化理念建立工业园区循环经济标准体系结构

建立工业园区循环经济标准体系结构是开展工业园区循环经济标准化工作的重要途径。文章首次采用模块化理念建立工业园区的循环经济标准体系结构，创新性地提出“共用标准模块”、“特性标准模块”的概念。因循环经济标准体系的运行是一个不断发展、增值转换的过程，所以该体系结构是一个开放式的结构，便于根据实际工作需要对其进行不断改进和完善。

The Establishment of Standards System Structure of Industrial Park's Recycle Economy by Adopting the Modularization Concept

The establishment of standards system structure of industrial park＇s recycle economy is an important approach on carrying out the standardized work of industrial park＇ s recycle economy. This paper originally establish standards system structure of industrial park＇s recycle economy,adopts the modularization idea and puts forwards the concept of sharing standard module and characteristic standard module. As the running of the standards system of recycle economy is a developing and value-adding cause,the standards system structure of industrial park is so open that we can continuously improve it.
