| 摘 要： | 战略承诺灵活性的重要意义在于其赋予企业以期权价值。降低风险是期权分析方法的基本特色。尽管其最大的障碍是参数的不确定性及用其估算出的价值难以被决策者所接受,但期权思维加速了战略管理过程,使企业具有更多的灵活性,有助于企业未来的长久发展。

| Abstract: | The significance of strategic commitments flexibility lies in its embodiment of enterprises with optional value. The essential feature of option analysis method is to lower risks. Even though the uncertain parameters and the value from them may not be easily accepted by decision-makers, the thought of option speeds up the process of strategic management. Being more flexible, enterprises may improve their potential advantages in the long nm. |
