云制造服务模式下的延迟策略实施

摘    要:传统制造模式下延迟策略的实施是让客户在有限的可选项中被动地选择业已固化的零部件来配置自己所需的定制产品,经常会造成制造资源的浪费.本文分析了传统制造模式下延迟策略实施的机理,指出了现有研究和应用所面临的困境,借鉴云制造研究的相关理论成果,构架了云制造服务模式下延迟策略实施的框架模型,并研究了框架模型下延迟策略实施的基本特征,提出了云制造服务模式下延迟策略实施的关键问题,最后,展望了云制造服务模式下延迟策略研究的几个方向,研究成果为实施延迟策略的制造企业提供了理论指导.

Abstract:Under the traditional manufacturing model,the implementation of postponement strategy embarks from technical view,so that customers had to been limited option to choose the manufactured components to configure their own customization products,which lead to the waste of manufacturing resources.The implement mechanism of postponement strategy under the traditional model and the research dilemma were analyzed.Based on the research results of cloud manufacturing,the structure of postponement strategy under the cloud manufacturing services model was built.The implementation characteristics of postponement strategy under the cloud manufacturing services model were presented.The key issues of postponement strategy under the cloud manufacturing services model were presented were researched.Lastly,several future research directions of postponement strategy under the cloud manufacturing services model were prospected.The research results of postponement strategy will provide a theoretical guidance for manufacturers.
