基于闭环供应链的再制造管理体系探讨

再制造虽然对于经济、消费者以及环境都具有重要意义,但在中国的发展情况并不令人满意。再制造管理理论体系不完整是一个重要因素。在对闭环供应链上从产品设计到逆向物流管理的产品全寿命周期流程研究的基础上,从政府、社会和企业三方面出发,提出了包含标准体系、技术体系及管理体系三个部分的闭环供应链运作体系。重点对再制造管理体系进行了探讨,建立了一个再制造管理的体系框架。主要论述了再制造及物料价值管理、产品营销及回收管理、库存管理、质量管理、产品信息管理及供应商管理等几方面的内容,并简要论述了其支持体系,如财务与定价管理、人力资源管理等方面。再制造管理体系的构建对于企业是一项系统工程,相关信息的积累是其成功的关键要素。

Study on Management System of Remanufacture based on Closed-loop Supply Chain

Although remanufacturing has great significance to economy,consumers and the environment,its state is not satisfactory in China.As one of important factor,remanufacture management theory system is incomplete.Based on product total life cycle process of closed-loop supply chain,this paper proposes that the operation system of closed-loop supply chain including three aspects,standard system,technical system and management system from the three angles,government,society and enterprises.We focus on remanufacturing management system and establish a theory framework.This paper mainly discusses several aspects following,remanufacture and material value management,product marketing and recovery management,inventory management,quality management,product information management and supplier management,and briefly discusses management support system,such as financial and pricing management,human resource management etc.Construction of the remanufacturing management system for enterprise is a systematic project,the accumulation of relevant information is a key success factors.
