摘    要:
近些年全日制工程硕士培养虽然发展迅猛,但在课程体系设置、实践教学环节、师资队伍工程经历、校企合作机制、学位论文标准等方面还存在着一些问题与不足,这需要我们在这些方面切实采取有效措施加以改进,以期达到为企业培养出高素质的应用型、复合型工程技术和管理人才的目标。

Abstract:
In recent years, although full-time Master of Engineering training development is swift and violent, in the curriculum, system engineering faculty practice teaching, experience, mechanism, cooperation degree thesis standards also exist some problems and shortcomings, which need we in these areas to take effective measures to improve, in order to cultivate practical, high-quality the composite engineering technology and management talents for enterprises.
