摘    要:PC等截面箱梁桥的开裂问题越来越广泛,它影响了桥梁的结构安全和使用年限。为了掌握裂缝宽度对箱梁的刚度影响,为既有桥梁安全性能的评定和加固提供依据。为此,借以某一PC等截面箱梁桥为例,以箱梁底板裂缝开裂宽度为参数,运用Ansys模拟分析裂缝宽度变化对梁体应力和挠度的影响。本文针对一座存在底板纵向裂缝的PC等截面箱梁进行有限元分析,研究底板纵向裂缝宽度的变化对梁体刚度的影响。对了解桥梁使用现状,降低桥梁检测成本,提高加固效果有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:PC constant section box girder bridge cracking problem is becoming more and more common, which affects the structure safety and service life of bridge. In order to know the influence of crack width on the rigidity of box girder, and provide basis for the assessment of the existing bridge safety performance and reinforcement, this article takes a PC constant section box girder bridge as an example, taking the box girder bottom cracking width as the parameter, using Ansys to simulate and analyze the influence of crack width variation on stress and deflection of the beam body. In this paper, the finite element analysis is done for a PC constant section box girder with bottom longitudinal cracks to study the influence of the change of longitudinal cracks on the beam stiffness. It is of certain reference value for knowing the bridge using condition, reducing the cost of bridge inspection and improving reinforced effect.
