| 摘 要： | 随着高等学校招生规模的扩大,各高校在校民族学生的比例也在不断提高,特别是在少数民族聚居地区,这一现象更加突出。人数的增加、规模的扩大,民族学生在学习、生活、就业诸多方面的一系列问题也就日益凸显出来。如何有效地解决这些问题,成为当前民族教育的研究重点。

| Abstract: | With the enlargement of university enrollment, the ratio of minority students in each university is in- creasing constantly. This phenomenon is more obvious in ethnic minority areas. A series of problems existed in learn- ing, life and employment become prominent gradually with the increasing of student enrollment and enlargement of scale. How to solve these problems effectively has become an research focus of present ethnic education. |
