The Essential Cause of Japan's Long-term Economic Recession--Is It "Government Being Enslaved by Special Interest Groups"?

Analyzed from such angles as of the causes that led to Japans foam economy, the reasons of the difficulty in effectively solving the problem of bad creditors?rights and the constraints that block the reformation of the countrys economic structure, it is observed in this paper that the view that the government becomes the captive of special interest groups has caused Japans long-term economic recession lacks practical evidence. It will not permanently solve the problem of bad creditors rights by thinking only at the level of financial industry and trying to solve that problem, neither will it enable a full understanding of the complexity of the reformation issue by analyzing the difficulty of structural reformation only from the angle of interest readjustment.
