| 摘 要： | 发达国家的历史经验证明，金融衍生品市场的发展和监管必须相辅相成，才能有利于整个经济的稳定和发展。结合我国的实际，应从建立健全金融衍生品市场法律法规、提高政府对金融衍生品市场的监管效率、发挥行业协会的自律作用及加强金融期货交易所一线监管四个方面来完善我国金融衍生品市场的监管。

| Abstract: | The experience in the developed countries indicates that the development of the financial derivative market and its supervision must supplement each other so as to benefit the stability and development of the whole economy. Owing to the reality in China, it＇s compulsory to perfect its supervision over financial derivative market from four aspects： establishing and perfecting the laws and legal provisions for financial derivative market; improving the regulatory efficiency of the governments over financial derivatives; putting the role of industry association self - discipline into full play; and strengthening spot supervision over financial future exchanges. |
