| 摘 要： | 资源枯竭型城市是目前我国就业形势最为严峻的地区,其就业问题具有一些不同于一般城市的特点。文章从调整城市规划的角度探讨如何促进资源枯竭型城市就业,提出了调整城市规划促进就业的4种模式,并结合资源枯竭型城市的实际案例对这4种模式进行了理论分析和实证分析,包括这4种模式的必要性、实施条件和实施过程中必须重视解决的问题等。

| Abstract: | The cities exhausting mineral resources are faced with the most severe situation of employment at present in China.In these cities there are some special employment characteristics which are different from other cities.The author make four models of adjusting the urban plans and promoting employment in the light of the real cases of exhausting mineral resources cities and analyzes by theory and demonstration methods the necessity of carrying out the four models and their enforcement conditions and points out some serious problems which should be solved firstly in the process of implementing the models. |
