新时期私营工业全要素生产率的增长与分解——基于2001-2007年省级面板数据的随机前沿分析

摘    要:利用随机前沿分析方法(SFA)测算和分解中国2001—2007年间私营工业部门的全要素生产率(TFP),研究结果表明:新时期私营工业部门有着年均10.64%的快速全要素生产率增长,但其严重依赖于技术进步,而非技术效率和规模效率的提升,且技术效率所代表的经营管理水平一直呈下降趋势。私营工业部门全要素生产率增长在区域间存在巨大差异,整体上呈现一种"马太式"特征。

Abstract:The TFP and its annual change of China′s Private industry during 2001-2007 are calculated and decomposed using the popular Stochastic Frontier Analysis method.It finds that there is a rapid TFP growth of the private industry in the new era by 10.64% annually.However,such improvement on TFP greatly depends on the technical progress (Tch) instead of the enhancement of technical efficiency (TEch) and scale effect (SEch).Technical efficiency of the private industry,mainly representing management level,keeps a decline trend.The Matthew effect feature of TFP growth is also found in the analysis on the regional results.
