| 摘 要： | 社区矫正的监督管理活动具有执法性的性质,对它的实施可以预防矫正对象违法犯罪,保障社区安全,促使社区矫正对象顺利回归社会。论述了监督管理活动对社区矫正工作的价值以及监督管理活动的内容和过程,指出我国目前社区矫正监督管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | The supervision and management activities of community corrections have the nature of law enforcement which can prevent crimes,protect community safety and improve to return to society smoothly.The paper discussed the value of the supervision and management activities to the community corrections and the content and process of the supervision and management activities,pointed out problems existed in the supervision and management activities of China's current community corrections and put forward countermeasures. |
