| 摘 要： | 首先对回购再制造模式和委托再制造模式中两类企业的供应链流程、供应链响应能力分析,以及战略定位进行分析,然后从利益的驱动力、发展的需求、优势互补等方面,构建了构建 “经销—售后服务—再制造服务”三位一体的服务架构和立体技术转让和服务联盟,从而促进中小型机床再制造企业的发展,并提出了政策建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the supply chain process, supply chain responsiveness, strategic positioning, the driving force from the interests, the development needs and the strengths of the buyback remanufacturing?mode and?entrusted?to?manufacturing mode,this paper structured a "distribution-after sales service-remanufacturing Services" services architecture and three-dimensional technology transfer and services alliance. thereby some policy are recommended to contribute to the development of small and medium enterprises in the machine remanufacturing. |
