制度变迁与陕西省经济增长的灰色关联度分析

自渐进式的改革开放政策实施以来,地处西部的陕西省在经济制度上发生了显著的变迁,集中体现为经济多元化、收入社会化、经济运行市场化和对外开放等方面的改善与提高。本文对这一重大制度变迁进行了量化,并深入分析其对经济增长的影响。研究表明,制度变迁对陕西省的经济增长产生了明显的影响,并且,随着制度改革的发展,其对经济增长的影响也在发生变化。这就要求我们按照制度变迁的路线,深化改革,拓宽改革范围,从制度上推动经济的持续发展。

Gray Relational Analysis of Institutional Change and Economic Growth in Shaanxi Province

As the gradual implementation of the policy of reform and opening up,Shaanxi Province,which is located in the western China,has experienced notable changes in its economic system.This kind of change is improvement and enhancement of the diversification of the ownership,income socialization,the process of market-orientation and market opening.With regard to this major institutional change,the paper is to quantify,and in-depth analyzes its impact on economic growth.The research shows that institutional change promoted the economic growth of Shaanxi Province,and,as the development of reform,its impact on economic growth has also improved.It suggests that we should advance the reform in accordance with its route and widen the scope of the reform,for the long-term goal of a sustain economic development.
