| 摘 要： | 本文首先对"房地产中介网络化"这一概念进行了定义,从房地产商品的特征及交易成本理论引出房地产中介组织产生的经济学原理;进一步分析了房地产交易过程及交易成本的构成,并逐步推导出房地产中介组织存在和发展的内在动因,从而指出了房地产中介可持续发展的根本途径及网络化的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | This article first defined "Networking in real estate agents" in this article,and derived the economics principle of the generation of real estate agents from the merchandise characteristics of real estate and transaction cost theories.The second deeply discussed the transaction processing and cost comprising.According this deduced the inherent factors that drive real estate agents generation and development.Finally,pointed out several fundamental approaches of keeping real estate agents sustained development and inevitable network trends of this industry. |
