| 摘 要： | 从土地可持续利用的相关原理出发,建立了烟台市土地持续利用评价指标体。通过层次分析法修正过的熵权法确定权重,利用模糊综合评判法来研究烟台市2002-2006年的土地可持续利用情况。结果表明:这期间烟台市土地可持续利用水平逐步提高,经历了低度—中度—可持续的发展过程,这一结果得到了多因素综合评判法的证实;由灰色关联度分析可知:经济可行性因素对土地持续利用发展趋势影响最大,而社会可接受性因素影响最小。针对存在的问题提出了几项可行性对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the correlative principles of sustainable land use, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for the sustainable land use of Yantai City, determines the weight by means of the entropy theory revised by analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and uses the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to study the sustainability of land in Yantai from 2002 to 2006.
