| 摘 要： | 农村城镇化过程中,其发展对生态环境会产生增殖和胁迫效应,关键是怎样把握其促进作用;提出构建生态安全型城镇政策应该是:搞好小城镇的生态规划建设,合理规划水环境和实行废物管理,形成合理的产业结构和布局,完善小城镇环保体系,实现农村城镇化与生态保护协调发展。

| Abstract: | Its development brings multiplies and forces effect to ecological environment in the course of rural urbanization in China,the key is how to grasp its promoter action.Therefore this article proposed,constructs the ecology safe cities policy to be supposed to be: Does well the ecology plan construction of small cities,reasonably constructs the water environment and the implementation waste management,forms the reasonable industrial structure and the layout,perfects small towns environmental protection system,realizes rural urbanization and ecology protection coordinated development. |
