| 摘 要： | 当前，尖端科技产业日益成为国家安全和经济社会发展的决定性力量，自主创新能力也成为增强我国尖端科技产业核心竞争力的“生命线”。在这种时代背景下，尖端科技产业自主创新人才战略管理是我国尖端科技产业自主创新系统进一步发展的内在要求。对创新人才在尖端科技产业发展中的战略地位、尖端科技产业自主创新人才的素质特征、尖端科技产业自主创新人才战略管理模式的构建、尖端科技产业自主创新人才战略管理的实施对策等基本问题展开系统而深入的分析，有利于更好地把握我国尖端科技产业自主创新能力的实质，并从操作层面上展开行动。
