Cost Control and Management Analysis during the Construction Project

Project cost is critical control link in the construction process of the whole project.It plays a decisive role for the smooth development of the project.In this paper,aiming at the phenomenon both don’t match for the actual cost and budget of the construction stage,the causes are analyzed,cost determination and control in the presence of various aspects of the problem is pointed out,through strengthening the management and improve the ideological of person,the cost control measures and suggestions for is further given,these can provide reference for normative construction project process.
