高职院校学生管理体制建设探析

学生管理是对学生从入学到毕业整个在校阶段的管理,是对学生高职院校学习、生活、行为的规范。结合高职院校的具体情况,制定学籍管理实施细则、学生课外活动管理规定、学生行为规范等,并以此为依据对学生进行管理。本文主要探讨高职院校学生管理的现状及存在的问题,并进行高职院校学生管理体制建设的改革实践。

Construction of Higher Vocational College Student Management System

Student management refers to the management of students from entering school to graduating,and is standard of vocational students’ study,everyday life,and behavior.The paper formulates the specific implementing principle of enrollment management,extracurricular activities management regulation,and student behavior standard,combining with the specific situation of the higher vocational colleges.This paper mainly discusses the present situation of higher vocational college students’ management and existing problems,and puts the reform practice of higher vocational college student management.
