红外热像仪在变电站应用的研究

摘    要:红外热像仪出现后,因其对故障点的检测具有非接触性的特点,可带电进行,并能以图像的方式直观展现,从而大大方便了运行中的电气设备发热诊断,使电气设备的早期故障判定变得简单方便,使电气设备维修从传统的预防性检修提高到预知性维修。本文就红外测温原理、电气设备发热的特点等方面展开,对红外热像仪在变电站的应用研究情况进行说明。

Abstract:After the appearance of infrared camera,because its non-contact feature in detection of point of failure,can be electrically charged,and is intuitive to show the image,it greatly facilitate the fever diagnosis of electrical equipment in operation,so that the early failure determination of electrical device becomes easy and changes traditional preventive maintenance to predicting maintenance.In this paper,the application and study of infrared camera in substation are described from the principle of infrared temperature measurement,heating characteristics of electrical equipment and other aspects.
